SEAMEN PROSECUTED. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Christchurch, Last Night. At the Magistrate’s Court, before Mr. Wyvern Wilson, S.M., 22 members of the crew of the Wahine were each fined £2 for taking part in an illegal strike. Security for appeal was fixed at £lB. Two firemen ’on the Wanaka were each fined £4 for a similar offence, while informations against five members of the crew of the Canopus were dismissed.
