N.Z. SPIRITUALISTS.

(Contributed.) Airs. Lily Hope’s farewell circle hpld on Thursday night was a great success. “Matter Through Alatter” was the subject. About twenty sitters were present to witness the phenomena. Seven roses were brought by “unseen hands,” not a petal or a leaf being crushed. Mrs. Hope’s mediumship is of a high order. A good many friends met her at the train to wish her “kia ora” on her return to Wellington. Her stay here was too short, but she has promised to return early next year. Airs. Hope was showered with gifts and flowers, and was quite sorry to leave New Plymouth. Her trip to the mountain was most enjoyable, and will be talked of for many a long day.
