FIRE DESTROYS HOMES.
BLAZE DURING BLIZZARD. By Telegraph.— Press Assn. —Copyright. Received Nov. 24, 11.30 p.m. Constantinople, Nov. 24. While a very fierce blizzard was sweeping over the city and the temperature was one degree below zero a fire broke out in a music hall in Pera and destroyed hundreds of homes. British and French troops helped to fight the flames. Thousands of refugees crowded the water edge and pleaded to be taken off.
