OPUNAKE TOURNAMENT FINALS. The final games in the pairs tournament at Opunake on Monday, proved very keen. In the game against Neilson, Julian was successful, the score being Julian 20, Neilson 12. In the play-off between Mason and Julian, the latter was again successful, winning by three points, the score being Mason 15, Julian 18. STRATFORD TOURNAMENT. The Stratford Bowling Club’s Easter tournament was concluded yesterday, whfen the final in the Easter pairs was won by Hunt and C. Jack-on (s) from Tinlay and Porritt by 20 to W. The progressive pairs was also won by Jackson, with C. Walsh as runnerup. A friendly match between the Stratford and Avon clubs . esulted in a win <or Avon by over 30 points.
