VERDICT FOR DEFENDANT. By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, Lagt Night. The case in which Ada Fleming claimed £1730 general and special damages from Dr. Maurice Louisson for alleged negligence and unskilful treatment was concluded to-day. The fcllo’wing questions were put to the jury:— Did plaintiff suffer injury by reason of the negligence of defendant. — Answer: No. If the answer is “yes,” then what damages if any is plaintiff entitled to, (a) special, (b) general.—No answer. Judgment was entered for defendant with costs.
