CHARGE AGAINST A BARMAN. By Telegraph.--I’rm Association Wellington, Last Night. Reginald John Davis, a barman, employed at the Occidental Hotel, on a* charge of using the bar of the hotel as a common gaming house and carrying on the business of a bookmaker, appeared before the Magistrate’s Court to-day.
