CONTROL OF VLADIVOSTOK. CLAIMED BY REPRISALS. By Telegraph.—Press Assn —Copyright London, Feb. 27. Advices from Harbin state that the non-commuhist members of the Chita Assembly have prohibited all communication with the outside world for the present. The leader of the Assembly declared that the Far Eastern Republic would not allow foreign intervention and would defend its Soviet and Motherland at all costs. It demanded the withdrawal of foreign troops, as the Republic must control Vladivostock and continue the active suppression of opposing forces. Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
