ANTI-SOVIET PREMIER. .. A HOPEFUL OUTLOOK. . By TeleeraDh. —Press Assn.—Copyright. London, Feb. 27. The new Persian Premier is strongly anti-Bolshevik, and seeks the friendship of Britain and Russia. The Times correspondent says that all lovers of Persia will welcome the revolution. If the new leader can establish a Government sufficiently, strong to withstand Bolshevism and maintain internal order, there will be no difficulty in modifying the existing agreement to the satisfaction of all interested parties. —Times.
