THE PROCEDURE AGREED ON. By Tebsraph.—Press Assn Copyright. Received Nov. 14, 5.5 p.m. .Paris, Nov. 13. An agreement respecting the AngloFrench reparations procedure has been definitely reached on the anticipated lines. Allied and German experts will meet at Brussels, afterwards reporting to their various Governments and the Reparations Commission. A conference of Allied Ministers will meet in "February at Geneva to discuss the whole question of the indemnity, at which the Germans will bo present in order to facilitate the consultations. The Reparations Commission will thereupon proceed to fix the amount, of the indemnify and the method of payment, and finally the Supreme Council meets to consider the steps necessary to ensure Germany fulfilling her obliga-tions.—Aus.-N.Z.
