DISARMING GERMANY.
"A PORE FARCE." ' By Megraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Received Nov. 13, 5.5 p.m. Berlin, Nov. 12. Von Kahr, the Bavarian Premier, speaking in the Diet, said the Red Army organisation had 483,000 rides, 1400 machine-guns, 240 heavy artillery, and 26 aeroplanes, besides mine-throwers, flamenwerfehr, bombs, and explosives. For this reason, he contended, the dissolution of the Einwolmerwehr would be equivalent to suicide. A correspondent, commenting on the statement, says it shows conclusively that the disarmament of Germany in conformity with the Spa agreement is a pure farce.—Times Service! Up to the present Germany has surrendered 33,500 howitzers and'fiVld guns, 1-200 fortress guns,' and only 2SOO are left, and these will probably be destroyed by the end of the'month - Neuter Service.
