A, portion of the WaltaXa oario was brought in by sea in the morning, and two lighters were placed alongside the vessel and loading operations were carried on at both sides of the ship. RARAWA TO BRING CEMENT. The Rarawa left Auckland at 10 o'clock on Monday night for Onehunga and New Plymouth via Wtangarel. She is due here on Friday morning, and will sail for Onehunga (\t 6.20 p.m. RIMU'S FINAL VISIT. TIIO Rlmu made her final visit to this port yesterday, arriving from Onehunga at $.30 a.m. She brought 100 tons of general cargo and was under the command of Captain E. Keatley. She sailed for Onehunga at 4.50 ji.ni. 1 THE CARPENTARIA. Next Monday, (he liner Carpentaria, now discharging New York cargo at Auckland, is upected to arrive at Wellington. MOERAKI FROM SYDNEY. The Union Co's interstate passenger Jteamer Moeraki Is to sail from Sydney tomorrow direct for Wellington. The vessel Is due at Wellington next Monday morning. THE WE?T~ HOLBROOK. The Auckland agents for the General Steamship Corporation advise that the West Holbrook, which Is due to arrive at Auckland on October 10, has 900 tons of general cargo, Including 15,000 cases of gasoline and 390,000 feet of timber for Auckland. She proceeds from Auckland to discharge at Wellington 1300 tons of general cargo, included in which are 25,000 cases of gasoline. After discharging. at Wellington she will leave for Australian ports. Line, tte New Zealand and African Company have received <abie advice that the steamer City of Newcastle left New York on September 23rd cargo-laden for Auckland, Wellington and Australian norts, via Panama. The vessel Is due at Auckland about October 31st and at Wellington about a week later. A cable messnge also reports that the nteamer Futala under charter to the A. and A.
