DIVIDING THE PROGRAMME. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Delhi, Sept. 27. A sub-committee appointed at the recent Indian National Congress decided to put a question that for the present only the first'portion of the non-co-oper-ative programme should be adopted by the conference. This asks that the holders of honorary titles and offices should surrender them, that candidates for the council elections should stand down, that lawyers suspend practice except on certain lines, .and that' parents should withdraw their children from the Government schools.—Reuter.
