REDS LOOT BOKHARA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. Delhi, Sept. 24. Deiails available of the capture of Bukhara City by the Bolsheviks show that the Emir of Bokhara had wisely concentrated his troops, whose resistance completely surprised the Bolsheviks. The battle for the city swayed to and fro, both sides losing heavily. Positions were won and lost again and again. The Red command was compelled to draw on all its reserve before the city was captured and the Emir was forced to fly to the Afghan frontier with the remainder of his army. After its capture, Bokhara was given over to the troops to loot, the wealth of the bazaars falling to the Red soldiery. The Bolsheviks are now expected in | fforflkera Persia and Afghanistan;
