TRENTHAM BURSARIES.

APPLICATIONS INVITED. By Telegraph.—Fress Association. Wellington, Sept. 25. The trustees of the Trentham Scholarship Fund are now prepared to receive applications for scholarships which should be made through "The Secretary, Trentham Bursaries, Wellington." The bursaries aro for boys and girls who are the children of men killed or disabled during war service. The children must be between the ages of 14 and 21 on .December 31, 1919. The bursaries will be awarded as an aid to the maintenance and training of eligible children at secondary and technical schools, university colleges, or, in certain cases, primary schools; also during an apprenticeship approved by the trustees, who shall determine the amount of each bursary according to the circumstances. The holder of a bursary must be resident in JSew Zealand .duting its tenure
