WRECKAGE .COMES ASHORE. By Ttlegraph.—Press Assn—Copyright Hobal't, Sept. 24, A radio message from-King Island reports that a quantity of wreckage has come ashore, apparently from a vessel that has been burned. It is supposed to be the barqiientine Southern Cross, en route to Hobart, whose deck cargo included 1000 cases of benzine. The message makes no mention of the crew, numbering 12, including Captain Hodgman.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
