Otf ELTHAM-OpUNAKE ROAD. ; J The Eltham County engineer (Mr. M. .J* FitzGerald) reported yesterday morilng that a wash-out occurred on the Eltham- I'm Opunake Road, about one mile east ol *k Kaponga, on Wednesday afternoon, «li 3 traffic being held up, tho road being -'fJ open only to pedestrians ,(**?• ®» Vl Argus).
