TWO NEW RECORDS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. The Auckland Motor Cycle Sports Club held a successful meeting on the Takapuna racecourse on Saturday. The crowd was treated to somo thrills by Coleman, the Palmerston North crack, who established a world's record on grass in the Great Northern Championship, covering the distance of 15 miles and 159 yards in 13 minutes dead. Coleman, from a flying start, also broke the mile record on grass, covering the distauce in 49 3-5 seconds.
