BOLSHEVIK PLOT FOR REVOLUTION. London, April 29. The Swiss authorities discovered at Moscow, the Bolshevist Government's complete instructions for a revolution in Switzerland to be attempted in October. These included the proclamation of martial law at Berne and Zurich, the arrest of Ministers, judges, officials, and hostile editors, also the giving of children as hostages; in the event of resistance the hostages to be shot pub-licly.—Aus.-N.Z.
