The latest Bolshevik disclosure is a secret document in which France guarantees Russia's military and economic future, and is prepared to agree to the extension of 'Russia's western frontier as far as necessary. A document is published in which Russia seeks M. Briand's permission to fortify the Aland Islands. REPRESSING BLOODSHED. X VAIN REQUEST FOR HELP FROM THE FLEET.
