A challenge match for the Taranaki banner will lie played on Thursday afteruoon, commencing at 2.15, on the town green between the holders, the New Plymouth Club, and Fitzroy, six rinks a side. The following rinks will represent New Plymouth: Collins, S. Bundle, Luscombe, Jlorey (s); Fraser, Ford, Fookes, H. Smart (s); Wood, Phillips, Ward, Hall (s); Binnie, C. Rundle, Burgess, Medley (s); Chancy, .fenlcinson, Uoldwater, Harrison (s); Hill, Hooper, Woolley, A. K. Smart (s).
The following rinks will represent Fitzroy in n challenge banner match against New Plymouth on Thursday next: Billing, Cook, Avery, Smith (s); Walker, Beadle, Allan, Abbott (s); Pote, Coxhead, Bennett, Jackson (s); Oxenham, Bellringer, McNeill, Lcaland (s); Gibson, Dingle, Higgs, Rennell (&); Hammond, Roseveare, Price, Chivers (»).
