AUSTRO-GERMANY.

VIENNA STILL CAY. CONFIDENCE OF GERMANS. Received Feb. 14, lO.uj p.m. London, Feb. M. ■Members of the Scottish Ambulance Corps state that Vienna is as bright and gay as ever. Theatres and town life go on as usual, and there is no indication of any shortage of food. The Austrian soldiery treated the party infinitely better than the Hermans did. The latter are tremendously confident, and say that the war is practically finished and the English beaten. They added: "You cannot starve 113. We get as much aa we want from Asia. Our munitions are better than your 3, and your air service is footling." Austrian officers confess that Austria cannot carry on more than eight months, through lack of men.
