Annie Shivnan, licensee of O.E.P. section 24, block XL, Mapara S.D., was refused a further extension of time in which to take up residence. The Board's resolution of August 25, decreeing the forfeiture of L.I.P section 8, block V., Aria S.D., to permit of completion of transfer previously assented to but remaining uncompleted, was rescinded. A. E. Fulcher, lessee of section 1, block XVI., Pouatu S.D.. was granted 12 months exemption from personal residence, as he is going to the front. S. H. Barnett, licensee of O.R.P section 11, block 111., Piopiotea West 5.0., was granted six months extension of time within which to reside. The Board's resolution of forfeiture of section 4, block m., Piopiotea West S.P., was rescinded. The Board's resolution accepting surrender of the following lease of Taranaki Scholarships Endowment Land and granting a new lease for the residue of the'term under section 5 (g) of the Public Bodies Lease Act, 190 S. A. and W. Hayes, section 1, block XIL, Opaku S.D., 710 acres 1 rood 29 perches, was confirmed.

It was resolved to warn certain defaulters that unless payment was made by November 30, the Board would take steps to recover amounts owing.
