EMPIRE DAY.

MELBOURNE'S 'MAYOR ON "TOMMY ROT." By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, May 13. The Labor Council at Port Melbourne discussed the proposal to co-operate in the Empire Day celebrations.
