REGULATIONS G AZETTED. Per Press Association. Wellington, Juno 23. Regulation-* have been drafted for the installation of wireless telegraphy dn vessels registered in New Zealand and issued to "the Union Company, Northern S.-S. Company, and several' small steamers engaged' in the local trade. Three classes of wireless telegraphy are recognised. In the first the operator is always on duty. In the second at certain hours, and the first ten minutes of every other hour; in the third operators do no specified listening service. The regulations only apply to vessel* authorised to carry no less than of) passengers and engaged in the foreign or inter-colonial trade. There are ~17 of the latter and .10 coastal vessels. The regulations do not apply to the IV teenn. which is registered i n Tasmania nor to the [fuddart-Parkcr line
