THE DAVIS CUP. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Sydney, April 4. At a gathering of tennis players to bid farewell to Jones and Rice, who are proceeding to the United States to play in the preliminary heats for the Davis Cup, the Australian representatives said that in their opinion Australia had a good fighting chance, and they were determined to bring back the Davis Cup if possible.
