CONCLUSION OF THE TOURNAMENT By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston North, Last Night. The New Zealand Polo Tournament concluded to-day in windy weather Hawke's Bay in the Handicap Cup, with a handicap of 12 goals, beating Parawhenua (handicap of 4) by 14 goals to 13. An extra spell hud to' be played to decide the winner.
