RE-ELECTION OF NEW MINISTERS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Ottawa, October 27. The Cabinet Ministers have been nominated for re-election, but it is understood that all opposition to their return is abandoned. Being fearful of losing the Soulanges seat, Sir Wilfrid Laurier has decided to hold it and resign the Quebec East seat. He thus severs bis connection with the seat he has held for thirty-four years.
