CONSTERNATION TS GERMANY. By cable—Press Association—Copyright London, April 26. The Times says that few persons were aware that there were two of Titian's portraits on the market. The announcement of the purchase will create consternation in Germany, where they have been for a quarter of a century, and it was thought one would find a permanent home in the Kaiser Frederieh Museum.
