CHEAP INSURANCE. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright Received 24, -11.15 p.m. Berlin, February 24. The Prussian Minister of War, in justifying the Army Bill in the Reichstag, said the cost of the army was lG'/j per •ent. of the total expenditure. If the national wealth was estimated at three milliards, the defence insurance premium would be only 1.64 per 1000, and £75,000 of this was spent abroad.
