PASSENGER FINDS IT RISKY. By Telegraph— Press Association. Wellington, Thursday. A robbery was committed aboard the Manuka while she was lying at the Queen's Wharf this morning. Shortly before live o'clock the cabin of a young lady passenger from Sydney to the South Island was entered and a* handbag containing £3O worth of jewellery and some money was taken from under her pillow. On the passage of the same steamer from Sydney to Wellington a male passenger reported that a purse containing £ll, which he had placed on top of the washing basin in the lavatory, was not there when he ruturned to that part of the ship.
