' A special.conference of the Victorian Labor Council decided that members of the Commonwealth Protectionist Association who are members of the Labor Council must sever their connection with the former body. THE ULIMAROA. Sydney, November 1. Messrs. Huddart, Parker and Co. have received a wireless message from the Ulimaroa 200 miles distant, that she should arrive this afternoon. EARTHQUAKE AT GOULBURN. Sydney, November 1. A shock of earthquake, accompanied by pronounced rumbling, was felt at Goulburn on Saturday.
