ESTABLISHING AN INDUSTRY. Per Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. Mr. Jeffery, manager of the tea department for Sir Thomas Lipton, after making arrangements for the establishment of packing departments in the Commonwealth, conies to New Zealand on a similar errand. Meanwhile, the teas are being temporarily packed in Wellington and distributed to the various agencies throughout the Dominion. In New Zealand one suitable centre will, it is understood, be fixed upon for the establishment of an up-to-date factory for the packing of teas.
