BOROUGH BY-LAWS.
TBOOADERO BUILDING. DIFFERENTIAL, TREATMENT OF OABSSI. At the Borough Oouneil meeting on Tuesday evening, the Eagineer reported that Mr Hale, contractor forth* Trocadtro, was not building in aooordance with the deposited p'ant, his building baing some 40 feet leas in length thw ahewn thereon, and his present external brick wall was not in accordance with schedule 1 of the bylaws, having no piers therein. Or Brooking moved 'that the engineer be instructed to carry out the by-laws in relation to the Trooadero Puilding. Cr Oonnett, in seconding the motion, mpha-ised the neoessity of compelling the observance cf the by-laws in ail casee.
