A German warship arrested a number of Native teachers and preachers connected with the American Mission at Puk Island, in thp Oarolinas, alleging that they preached against Germany. Received 14.0.35 a.m. April 13. The presence at Colombo of eight Russian warships, which are procacding to Part Ar*hur, has created uneasiness, sire?, ordinarily, only two foreign warships are allowed lo enter th» port simultaneously. Russian officers are all'>w?d to investigate anangemoDts for storing ooal. Colonel Yite has not yet been released, as it is nee ssary to communicate with the Ameer.
