MR. J. D. STOYLE'S BENEFIT.
The approaching benefit, tendered to Mr J. D. Stoyle, by the members of tho Now Plymouth Opera Olub, p otnises to be a big success. The great assistance Mr Stoyle has rendered to the club in its last two productions leaves nothing better to be desired of him. Considering the short notice he had on each occasion, by sparing neither time nor patience, he has done wouders with the material he had to woik on, and we are right glad -to see the clu<> come forward with this acknowledgment of his services. The programme will consist of o <medy sketches, operatic and musical numbers, and will conclude with the second ace ot "Lea Oloches de Uorneville," in which Mr Stoyle will appear us Gaspud the Miser. It neei scarcely be mentioned that th're will be a bumpsr house to bid adieu to this popular instructor, as we are informed that most of the tickets are already sold.
