for plaintiff. 0. W. Govett v. F. , Bullot. Mr Quilliam said the case was * for the recovery of a tenement and! rent. He asked for judgment for £7 j and costs 13s. M. Jones v. F. Car-| riogton. Tbe plaintiff appeared, and] asked that the defendant be ordered to pay the amount. Defendant, he said, was working on shares milking for Mr F. M. Milk His Worship said he would make the order for payment absolute. Plaintiff said he would he satisfied if the. money was paid by instalments.
