j THE NAVAL REVIEW. Received 23,5.20 p.m. London, March 22. One hundred and eighteen ships, restricted to the Channel cruisers and Reserve squadrons, with those commissioned in the dockyards, will participate in the naval review on June 28th. The fleet will include eighteen firstcites battleships, nine first and thirteen second class cruisers, nineteen torpedo gunboats, thirty destroyers, fourteen training ships, and seven torpedo desiroyers. Each v-ssel will be outlined by thousands of elect) ic light", simultaneously lighted. The newspapers complain that the King's review is diK'inctly inferior to Quetn Victoria's.
