While ret.iniog the old and popular) favouring cf this company, Mr Tom Pollard bus added several new facss, including two specially engaged English ariittes, Miss Lulu Evans and Mis Alice Edgar. The former is from : ha Savoy Theatre, and the latter from the Prince of Wales Theatre, London. Miss Bosie Eveson, whose name has been made famous by her clever and! unique dancing in " Florodora," is still! with the company. In addition to these, Miss Connie Buttel, Mr Jack Ra'bton, new acquisitions to Pollard'rf already strong combination, and whose fperformances in the fiist production of '• The Rose nf Persia " in New Zealand, at Christchnrch Lst weak were highly commeiitsd upon by ths local pr.i«K, will also appear heie. All operas will be B'aged in the t>ame complete manner as io Wellington, with all the wardrobe and properties used in the original production of these operas by Mr J. C, Williamson in Australia. In " Florodora " Miss Evans will tike the partef Dolores, and Miss E thit of Lady pear in " The M>se of Persia," as also will Miss Co:;tie Buttell, who created such h favourable expression in Ohristchmch.
