PBB PRESS ASSOCIATION. Melbourne, January 20. A farmer named Hawkins has bean arrested at Bealibra on a charge of murdering his wife. At the inquest the evidence went to show that the wound which cwsed ber death was accidentally received through a gun exploding. An open verdict was returned, but since then circumstances have arisen which led to the exhumation of the body, and the more serious charge. | Arrangements are completed for [reciprocity between the Oommonwealth | arid New Zealand with regar J to licensing surveyors.
