Mr. Brnbaut; st-ites that the more serious of the ohsrges against Mr and Mrs Tigbe, th« principal and matron, were not proved, but he considers that enough was ptoved to make it incumbent upon the trustees to seriously consider if Tigfce can be retained as principal.
