PER PBBS9 ASSOCIATION. Wellington, November 29. The report of Mr. H. W. Brabant, S.M., who was appointed lo inquire into the management of the Jubilee Institute for the Blind, Auckland, has been forwarded to the Education Dripartment. Mr. Brnbaut; st-ites that the more serious of the ohsrges against Mr and Mrs Tigbe, th« principal and matron, were not proved, but he considers that enough was ptoved to make it incumbent upon the trustees to seriously consider if Tigfce can be retained as principal. At the same time ihe testifies to the good work done by | Mr. Tighe, and says if their services are retained eomu person having the sense of eight is blind) should be appointed as manager.
