MBBTINQ OS BXEUUTIVB FEB TRESS ABSOOIATION Auckland, November 20. The executive of the New Zealand Farmers* Union met to day. It was agreed that a Colonial Conference of the Union should tike place during the first month of the next session of Parliament. Tt was deoided that a deputation should «ait on steamship companies wi h a view of endeavouring to get a reduction in the freight on wool, a,nd also to iuterview auctioneers and endeavour to obtain concessions in auctioneer's charges on wool. Three tenders were received, from the Commercial Union a\:d Ootan Insurance Companies, and from the Government Insmance Dapal tment, ogaring speci < 1 terms to insure members of the Union against claims under the Workers Compjjnsation Act.
