In view cf floods during the week the returns are considered satisfactory. Gbeymouth, April 21. Dredging returns are :—Pactolus, 19oz 13dwt for 110 hours ; New River, 15oz 16dwt for 110 hours; Buller Junction, 38oz for 74 hours. The work was interrupted by floods. Several of the dredges are undergoing repairs and do little or no work next week.
