[PBR PHEBS ASSOCIATION.] | Wellington, March 27. The Appeal Court is now hearing the case Union S.S. Company v. Jckins and Saver. The latter got judgment fer £IBO, damage to riupmint of onions by the Talune, wfcen she picked op the Perthshire in 1899. Justice Martin held that the conditiocs of the beat note did net cover such a total change of route as had to be made. From this decision the Steamship Company now appeal.
