The sashes were by mistake smaller than specified, otherwise the work was satisfactory.

On condition that the conductor gives tho outside of doors and windows two coats of paint, the error as to tho sashes is to be overlooked. The fees were fixed as under :•—For the use of the cottage by any number of adults not exceeding four (two children under 12 years counting as one adult), £2 par week; for any additional number of adults (two children under 12 counting as one adult), 7s 6d per week each. The custodian's fee to be 25 per cent, on the charges received by the secretary. All applications for use of the cottage are to be made in writing to the hoa. secretary, and accompanied by the fees; the cottage not to be let for a shorter period than one week, nor for a longer period than two weeks. In case the cottage is unexpectedly empty cronthe tenants giving up possession in writing to the custodian, it may be let to any eligible applicants for the spare time, on payment to the custodian of 2s 6d per day, in which case the custodian's fee will be Is per adult par day. Mr. Stock was authorised to procure the necessary furniture, etc., for the cottage.
