The express dolivery and special messenger service in connection with the Postal Department comns into force on January Ist. Tan. Djpirfcment is issuing directions for the guidance of the general public, and these will be posted in prominent pssitions at each of the Post OiKcm in the colony. There will be express delivery and special raewenger services at the following offices: Ashburton, Auckland, Blenheim, BluiF, Christchurch, Dunedin, JiViiMing, Gisborno, ■ Gore, Greymouth, Hawerii, Hokitika, Invercargill, Lyttelton, Mastei-ton| Napier, Nelson, Now Plymouth, Onoliunga, Oamaru, Palmcrstou North, : Port Chalmers, Thames, Timiru, Wan-' ganui, Wellington, Westp.-.rt.
