Rooson, looul manager for hu Woar.pors Uo.ll Oompiny, has nude arrangements for supplying the Unitec States transport Aba.end*, which v.sitf "'his port next month, with 4000 tow. of Wescport coal for the naval depot it Pagopigo, Simoi. The company, at the request of the United Statu Navy Department, some time ago forwarded samples of coal to Washington for analysis, and it is evident that the results of the tosts are satisfactory.
