ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.

A statement hid been made to the police tint a mau named (Jhas. Bawden assaulted the deceased prior to her death. After taking evidence the jury returned a verdict thai the deceased died through perforation of the bowels and Bowden was discharged from custody.
