CHABGED WITH FRAUD. FEB PBKSB AH3OOIATION. Willinoton, November 6. Leonard Montague Harris, manager for Patterson and Co., was charged at the Magistrate's Court this morning with making an untrue statement of account for the purposes of the Bankruptcy Act as between one Joe Tos, a bankrupt, and the firm of Patterson k Co., with intent to defraud. He was further charged with wilfully making an untrue statutory declaration concerning the aforesaid indebtedness. The information was laid by Ike Official Assignee. The case had not concluded when the Court rose, and will probably last another two day*.
