[FIX PBBBB ASSOCIATION.] Received 1,11 p.m. Sydket, November 1. In the Assembly, Sir W. J. Lyne stated that the New South Wales Government was opposing Burns and Philp's application for land in New Guinea, as such large areas should not be parted with. ,
