REUNION OF OLD COLONISTS.
[PBB .PBESS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, October 10. A reunion of old colonists to commemorate the arrival,in- 1842 of the pioneer colonists by. the ships Duchess of Argyle, Jane Gifl'ord, Brilliant, and others was held to-day. There was a thanksgiving service at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in the forenoon, and a social in the evening, at which there was a large aVeudance. Tho proceedings wore highly successful.
